Infinitum Capital Structured Products (ICSP)
The ICSP division specialises in developing structured products that provide a strong
return with a balanced risk. These products can be based on a wide range of assets
including commodities, domestic or global equities, property, foreign exchange, bonds,
credit or global or domestic managed investment funds.
The investment term, returns, risk profile, and character and frequency of yield can all
be managed to suit the Investors’ requirements. For example, ICSP recently arranged
the issue of Infinitum ComBATS 6 Enhanced Yield Deferred Purchase Agreements. This
DPA is a three year investment that gives exposure to an AUD Warrant from a global
investment bank which is linked to one of their Commodity Indices, combined with a
volatility overlay to reduce risk and enhance returns.

Infinitum Capital Property (ICP)
The ICP division specialises in developing opportunities for Sophisticated Investors to
participate in shorter term, high return Australian real estate opportunities. In partnership
with property industry veterans we hand pick projects with investment horizons of 2 to 3
years and returns secured by off-take agreements, pre-sales, Director Guarantees, or
other structures. Investment vehicles are structured in the manner which best achieves
the investors’ goals and can take the shape of a private equity fund, a direct investment
or a more specialised structure.

transaction services through to Individually Managed Accounts or Separately Managed

The ICFI division seeks to provide stability and greater certainty of yield to a portfolio
by introducing Fixed Income products from providers around the world. The focus is on
the creditworthiness and ability of the issuer to service its liabilities, so as to provide a
low risk, reliable income stream and preserve capital. Investors and Advisors can tailor
their holdings based on investment term, interest rate structure and sensitivity, issuer
credit quality, subordination and other factors.
